Our Commitment

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with disabilities, including people who are blind or have low vision, people who are deaf or hard of hearing, and people with motor, speech, or cognitive disabilities.

Accessibility is ongoing work. We review the site as we add pages and features, and we fix problems when we find them or when a visitor tells us about one.

What We Have Done

Here is what we have built into the site so far:

  • A "Skip to content" link at the top of every page for keyboard and screen reader users
  • A visible focus outline on links, buttons, and form fields, so keyboard users can always see where they are
  • Descriptive text alternatives on meaningful images
  • Text and background colors chosen for readable contrast
  • Animations reduced or turned off when your device asks for reduced motion
  • Layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, and desktops, and that hold up when text is enlarged
  • An accessibility toolbar, available on every page, for adjusting text size, contrast, and spacing

Content From Other Providers

Some parts of this site come from outside providers. Our booking, contact, and gift card forms are supplied by our scheduling software, and maps and social media content come from their own platforms. We choose providers with accessibility in mind, but we do not control how their content is built.

If one of these forms gives you trouble, call or email us and our team will book your cleaning, answer your question, or set up your gift card directly.
